Gift Aid your Sunday Collections
Did you know that, if you pay tax at the basic rate, you are able to Gift Aid
the amount you put into our Sunday Collections? Gift Aid allows the parish to
reclaim
25p in every £1 that you give. You put £10 in the offertory collection,
and the parish receives an additional £2.50 from HMRC, if you put in £20 we
receive and extra £5 and so on.
Did you know that if you pay tax at the higher rate you are able to reclaim the
difference between the rates for yourself by way of your annual tax return?
Wins all round, at no cost to yourself other than the few minutes it takes to
complete our Gift Aid form and return it to the church.

A standing order of £20 a month that is Gift Aided would see the parish benefit
by £240 + an additional £60 from the Tax Man each year at no cost to yourself!!

the form(s) to the church or presbytery or pop them into the Sunday collection.
